The St. George's Flag. Everyone seems to have one on their car/home. Plenty of national pride here with The World Cup currently taking place. England won today against Trinidad & Tobago 2-0.

I hear many people yelling "Come On England!" I doubt people back home are yelling "Come on USA!" Is The World Cup even broadcast back home?

For the non-Brits who read this blog .....

The United Kingdom does not exist in footalling (that would be soccer) terms. All 4 constituent countries - England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales - participate in international competition in their own right. England are the only one of the 4 to have qualifies for the World Cup finals.

Due to the rivalry between the countries, most of Scotland and much of the other countries will have been supporting Trinidad & Tobago and not England.

(BTW, sat next to Paul Sorvino on a flight from JFK to LA today - he's cool man, you would like him. Alec Baldwin was row behind us. We were all chatty....kind cool...).
