Last Sunday was the first meeting of the "London Ladies Book Club" started by Kelly and Katy. We were given our first "assignment," which is to read the first 3 parts of Anna Karenina, by Tolstoy. Nothing like starting light! Haha. Well, I guess it's listed as one of the best novels ever for a reason. So far so good. I'm really enjoying it. And the best part is that in a few weeks I get to meet up with a great group of girls for an afternoon to "discuss" it.
What's even better is that we will also be exchanging other finished books with each other. Which should make Rino happy. Anyone who knows me, knows that I devour books and give lots of our hard-earned $$ to Waterstones.
P.S. I realize I've been a bit neglectful of this blog lately. Mostly because I've started a second blog that is design related, and it's taking up more time than expected. Luckily, Rino is great at keeping this updated.
